Resistance value: Determine the required range of resistance values according to the requirements of the circuit.

Accuracy: Select the accuracy level based on the measurement error that the circuit can accept, usually including 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 3%,and 5%.

Temperature coefficient: The temperature coefficient of alloy resistors is usually in the range of a few parts per million, and can be selected according to different application requirements. The selection needs to be based on the temperature range of the circuit operation, usually including 10ppm, 20ppm, 25ppm, 50ppm, 75ppmm, 100ppm, etc. (Figure ①).

Power: Determine the required power range according to the requirements of the circuit.
6.Material: Determine the required whole alloy resistor material according to the requirements of the circuit. For example, using nickel iron alloy under AC or high-frequency conditions may cause significant temperature rise. The use of nickel chromium alloy can effectively reduce such phenomena.
